Surgical Liquidations purchases used medical equipment from hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and specialty practices. This page sets out what we buy, what condition it needs to be in, and what information we need to make an offer. Working, non-working, and end-of-life equipment is all evaluated, in any quantity, with payment issued before removal.
Equipment name, model number, and quantity is enough to start on most inventories.
Photographs help confirm configuration, accessories, and condition, but they are not required and no site visit is needed before an offer is issued. Where an item cannot be identified from the list, we ask about that specific item rather than send the list back.
Surgical power tools, advanced energy and electrosurgical, flexible and rigid endoscopes, video towers, surgical microscopes, ultrasound, ophthalmic and phaco equipment, instrument sets across every specialty, OR tables and lights, surgical tables and positioning, anesthesia machines, patient monitoring, sterilization equipment, and C-arms.
Any condition, including equipment that no longer functions. Facilities routinely exclude equipment on the assumption it is worthless. Include it — assessment costs nothing.

Working, non-working, and end-of-life units are assessed together. Equipment past OEM support is still purchased.
Single units through complete facility inventories, with no minimum project size.
Offers are issued from the equipment list. Names, model numbers, and quantities are enough to start.
A firm written offer covering the equipment as listed, issued as a document you can circulate.
Funds are confirmed before equipment leaves your building, on every transaction.
If an item is outside what we buy, we say so directly rather than hold up your timeline.
Written offer within one business day. There is no cost and no obligation.
