On-site removal with rigging — across seven states.

Tables and positioning equipment need a crew, so we buy this equipment on-site in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas. Outside those states and closing a full facility? Call anyway and we'll tell you straight whether we can serve you.

Rigging is the part that stops most buyers — tables are heavy, sometimes bolted, and often on an upper level behind a freight elevator or a door that won't clear. Our equipment specialists handle rigging, disassembly, floor and wall protection, and freight. Nothing needs to be broken down before we arrive.

We buy regardless of make — including tables and positioners originally built by Mizuho OSI, Allen Medical, Skytron, Amsco, Maquet, Getinge, and Steris. Surgical Liquidations is an independent buyer and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any of these manufacturers.

Reach out if you're

  • Closing, consolidating, or relocating a surgery center or OR.
  • Remodeling and clearing tables, frames, and positioners out of a room.
  • Sitting on attachments, stirrups, and pads that no longer match your tables.

Jackson tables and spine frames.

Spine tables are their own thing, and they come out differently than a standard OR table. We buy Jackson-style spine tables and frames, radiolucent tops, base units, pads, and accessory sets — complete or in pieces. Most spine tables release when a center closes, drops spine, or refreshes a room.

If yours is bolted, on an upper floor, or split across a storage room and an OR, that's a scheduling detail, not a problem. Send what you have and we'll sort the rest. If the same room is releasing scopes, towers, power tools, or instrument sets, it all comes out in one removal, on one day — common when an orthopedic, spine, or general-surgery ASC closes, or a physician is retiring or winding down a practice. Also selling the power equipment? See Sell Surgical Power Tools.

Three steps, from your list to payment.

Tables need a crew, so the one detail we need up front is the room and floor — that's what sets the removal.

1
Step 01

Send a list or a few photos

Include the room and floor it's on — that's what sets the crew. No forms to fill out.

2
Step 02

We come back fast with what we'll take

A straight answer, no back-and-forth. You deal with the buyer directly — no broker, no consignment portal.

3
Step 03

Say yes and get paid

You're paid before removal, and we handle rigging, freight, and documentation.

You deal with the buyer — and we handle the heavy part.

01

The Buyer, Not a Broker

You deal with the buyer directly, not a broker or a consignment portal.

02

Paid Up Front

You're paid before removal — not weeks later, after someone else moves it.

03

No Fees or Commissions

Nothing is taken out in fees or commissions, so more of the value stays with you.

04
