Surgical Liquidations is a direct buyer of surplus, retired, and decommissioned surgical and medical equipment, based in Florida and buying nationwide. We purchase equipment outright from hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and specialty practices. We do not broker, consign, or auction equipment on behalf of facilities. We buy it, pay for it, and remove it.
It means the number you are quoted is the number you receive, and it does not depend on anyone else buying the equipment later.
Most companies in this space are intermediaries. They list equipment, market it, wait for a buyer, and take a percentage of the eventual sale. The facility carries the risk in the meantime. We take a different position: we buy the equipment ourselves, at a stated price, paid before anything moves. Whether we later resell it, and for how much, is our risk, not yours.
We work directly with whoever controls the assets. We do not require an existing vendor relationship, a portal registration, or a formal RFP to make an offer. A list of equipment is enough to start.
We are the buyer, not an intermediary — no auction, no consignment, and nothing contingent on a later resale.
Funds are confirmed before equipment leaves your facility, on every transaction regardless of size.
Nothing is deducted from the offer. The number you are quoted is the number you receive.
Removal, packing, and transport are arranged and paid for by us.
Documentation covering the equipment purchased, the transfer, and the removal, issued at handover.
On-site removal across eight Southeast and Gulf states; shippable equipment purchased nationwide.
Most of our work happens when something is changing — a practice closing, a physician retiring, a service line consolidating, a suite being remodeled, or a facility winding down entirely.
Those situations run on deadlines that are not negotiable: a lease end date, a construction mobilization, a court schedule. Our process is built around meeting them. Written offer in one business day, removal scheduled around your calendar, payment before anything leaves the building, documentation issued at handover.
We do not run auctions. We do not take equipment on consignment. We do not charge listing fees, buyer’s premiums, seller’s commissions, or removal charges. We do not ask facilities to wait for proceeds. We also do not take on equipment we cannot handle responsibly — if something falls outside what we buy, we will say so directly rather than tie up your timeline.

Names, model numbers, and quantities are enough to start. A written offer follows within one business day, with no cost and no obligation.
