Surgical Liquidations is a direct buyer of surplus, retired, and decommissioned surgical and medical equipment. We purchase from hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and specialty practices nationwide. We are the buyer, not a broker or consignment agent.
An auction house or broker lists your equipment and takes a percentage of whatever it eventually sells for, if it sells. We purchase it outright.
The practical difference is certainty and timing. With an auction or consignment arrangement, the facility waits for a sale, absorbs the risk of unsold lots, and receives net proceeds after fees. We give you a written number up front, pay it before removal, and take the equipment. What you are quoted is what you receive.
The process runs in four steps.
Equipment names, model numbers, quantities, and photos if you have them. A spreadsheet, a photo of a spec sheet, or a short email all work.
We respond within one business day with a firm written offer covering the equipment as listed.
We coordinate around your operating schedule, including nights and weekends where a facility requires it.
Payment clears before removal begins. Chain-of-custody documentation is issued at handover.
We buy across every major surgical and procedural category, in working, non-working, and end-of-life condition.
We also purchase OR tables and surgical lights, anesthesia machines, patient monitoring, sterilization equipment, surgical tables and positioning equipment, and C-arms.
We work directly with the facility or the party controlling the assets — administrators, practice owners, materials managers, attorneys, trustees, and receivers.
Send it anyway. We evaluate working units, non-working units, and end-of-life assets. Non-functional equipment still has recoverable components and is regularly included in the equipment we purchase.
Facilities frequently assume a unit is worth nothing because it failed, was replaced, or is past OEM support. Include it on the list and we will tell you whether it factors into the offer.
