Converting to Outpatient or a Rural Emergency Hospital? We Buy the Equipment That Comes Out of Service.
When a hospital stops inpatient care, whole floors of equipment go quiet, and often the ORs and sterile processing go with them. We buy that equipment directly, clear the closed areas around your emergency and outpatient services, and pay before anything leaves the building. No fees, no commissions.

What a conversion takes out of service.
A Rural Emergency Hospital keeps emergency care, observation and any outpatient services it chooses, but it can't provide acute inpatient care. Hospitals moving to an outpatient only model make a similar change. Some converted facilities keep outpatient surgery and some stop it. Either way, equipment sized for inpatient and surgical volume stops being used.

Inpatient units
Beds, monitors, pumps and stretchers.

Operating rooms
Tables, lights, booms and towers.

Instruments, power tools and ESUs

Sterile processing
Sterilizers, washers and carts.

Endoscopy
Scopes, processors and reprocessors.

Anesthesia and patient monitoring

Imaging, including C-arms
Planning for 2027.
Starting January 1, 2027, federal law requires states to begin six month Medicaid eligibility checks for adults in the expansion group and to begin Medicaid work requirements, unless CMS grants a state an exemption. Hospitals planning around those changes may be looking at beds, service lines and conversions. The equipment plan can start before a conversion decision is final. A written offer gives finance a fixed number to put in the plan.
Timed to your conversion date.
We schedule removal for the date services end, and we work around the emergency department and outpatient areas that stay open, including nights and weekends where needed. Equipment that has already been pushed into storage gets bought along with what's still in the rooms. You get one written offer for everything in scope.
