The Situation

Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa had its entire 8th floor filled with storage cages of retired surgical and imaging equipment. Some of it had been sitting there for years. That floor was space the hospital could have been using for something else, and the equipment was only getting older.

What We Did

The hospital called us out to take a look. We walked the floor, went through the cages, and agreed on a price with the hospital on the spot. That same day we brought in a semi truck and loaded it to the ceiling.

The Result

By the end of the day the cages were empty and the hospital had its floor back. Saint Francis was paid for everything that left the building, and there were no removal fees.

Why It Worked

A direct buyer can make a decision on site. There was no auction to schedule, no consignment period and no waiting to see what sold. The hospital knew the price before anything moved, and the job was done the same day.
